Josh and Candace invited us to go out shooting with them today and it was a lot of fun and of course we invited Mike along with us.. The place we went shooting at has a course that had ten different stations that have different shooting scenarios. You walk from station to station and they have the clay pigeon throwers set up to do different things. Some throw them towards you, others away from you and they even have some that throw them along the ground simulating a rabbit. You can either pay to shoot fifty shots or one hundred shots. If you chose one hundred than you took ten shots at each station and if you chose fifty than you shot five. Josh Mike and I chose to do one hundred, Candace chose Fifty and Trini decided to keep score. Things started out a little rough for me. I didn't hit any at my first station. Josh and Mike were battling it out the whole time so see who could hit the most and Candace ended up taking first if you looked at the percentages hit. The score ended up Candace 44 out of 50, Josh 75 out of 100, Mike 64 out of 100 and I only ended up with 45 out of 100 (not too bad for my first time out). Trini saw how much fun we were having and decided she would sneak in a few shots. She did really good. She ended up with 8 out of 11. After we were done shooting we decided to go to lunch at Red Robin. I'm pretty sure everyone went home and slept after that. I even took a little nap.
They made us wear ear plugs and because Josh is already deaf he was having a real hard time hearing

I am trying to reflect on the last two and a half weeks and to tell you the truth I can't remember much, all I know is that I have been working a lot. Last week I worked 4 twelve hour shifts and then a couple more hours on saturday, and completing a lot of my service hours for school. Timmy has also been working a lot, the city pool just opened on the 23rd so he has been making the city pool functional and not to mention pretty. This past weekend was our annual memorial weekend camp out at kolob reservoir. Okay so Timmy just informed me that we usually go labor day, but maybe we will just start going twice a year...haha. Every year we go with Josh and Candace, and Mike. We drove up sunday afternoon in Josh's truck and pulled Timmy's boat behind. We got up there around 6, just in time for dinner. We all made hobo dinners and while The boys set up the tents Candace and I put the dinner on the fire. Timmy and josh cut up a tree, I reminded him it was sunday (the last time he chopped a tree on sunday he cut his leg really bad, and now has a big scar on his shin). Monday we got up ate breakfast burritos and went fishing. We didn't catch anything but it was fun trolling around in the water. This year was not as fun for me because I got sick the day before we left and I am still trying to get over it. I got it from my younger brother I guess thats what happens when you move back in with your parents yeah!!
All of us in the boat Saturday Moring. Josh and Candace went for a run on their own.
sunday night while Josh and Candance slept. looked better but mike put his trash in the fire!
It turned out pretty cool.

schools out for the summer!!
Timmy and I are so glad that we are out for the summer, just two more semesters left and we are done. I am proud of our grades as well we are both doing really well, if I don't say so myself. April 24 my nursing class got together and had a BBQ at Jenn's It was really fun and it was great to not have to worry about homework or studying. We all received a gift card to subway for 32 bucks and our LPN (Licensed Practical Nurse) certificate. School was really difficult this semester I didn't quite think I was going to make it. Timmy however was really great as he always is at calming my on going anxiety and making me feel so much better at school.
On April 28 Timmy and I had our first Summer adventure, Him mike and I got together and went down the virgin river in Mike's canoe. This was really fun, we started at about 6:30 at the Washington bridge and started on our journey. The best part about the trip was the sweet guava nectar and of course our little mis hap with flipping the canoe. Timmy put a life jacket under his butt to make things a little more comfortable, of course this was a brilliant idea and had to try it myself. While I was leaning over to put this comfortable cushion under me Mike was also leaning to steer himself away from a tree. Our canoe filled with water while all of our belongings went floating down the river.
A few day ago on Saturday Timmy and I babysat Bonnie's kids. Timmy brought over the blow up screen from his work and we watched the motor cross on it. We all had a really great time, the kids especially. My favorite part about babysitting was spending time with the kids. Timmy and I are always busy whether we are at school, working or doing the many other things in our lives; we don't really get to see the nieces and nephews very often. While Timmy was setting up all the equipment to watch the races on the kids were helping me make homemade chocolate cookies, it was fun having them help. One of the funniest things about this night was Ryan, everyone had fallen asleep and there he was just rambling about all sorts of made up stories to keep himself awake. I told him he needed to stop talking now and that I knew a way he would fall asleep. I started tickling his face and he said "I don't like that it makes me hot," haha that was a lie...2 min later asleep.
So far my summer has been just about everything I have wanted it to be, lots of time in the sun and lots of things to do (including working 3 12 hour shifts a week, being on call 2 a week, and trying to accomplish 175 hours of service for americorps
